Jeff and Rich

Jeff and Rich met many years ago when Rich began valet parking for Sharp's Valet, a business Jeff owns in Cincinnati, Ohio. They remained close friends through the years as Jeff continued growing Sharps and Rich moved into the IT field. Frustrated by invalid claims, Jeff asked Rich to research some products that could help ensure he only pays for damage caused by his company. He also wanted to implement text message automation for interaction with vehicle owners at the job site as well as other back end office management features. After an exhaustive search it was determined no portable security products exist and the automation products were unaffordable. So they decided to create their own product!
