Text Automation

The paper ticket system has been around since the beginning of valet parking. The car pulls up, you hand them a numbered ticket which corresponds to the car and keys, and the customer goes into the venue. If they forgot their jacket, cell phone, etc they bring you their paper ticket and wait while you retrieve it. When they are ready for their car, they bring their paper ticket to the valet stand and wait while their car is retrieved. But what if there is a queue of people also waiting for their car? And if it is cold or raining they wait outside, in the elements, while the valet parkers are hustling to keep up with the line of people.

With text automation, the customer experience is greatly enhanced. Instead of getting a paper ticket, the valet parker asks for their cell phone number and they receive a text message with instructions on requesting an item, retrieving their car, and paying their fee (if applicable). They can now request their jacket and receive a notification when it is ready. They can also request their vehicle while wrapping up their evening so the car is waiting for them, not the other way around.

Of course we have built features to help reduce the amount of time a car is waiting at the curbside and notify the owner when it is returned to the lot so they can make another request when they are actually ready to leave.

Customer Management

The sales process can sometimes be as easy as a homeowner scheduling a job on the first contact or as difficult as a long negotiation with a large venue. Either way, Advance Valet makes the sales process easy. Every customer interaction can be logged with detailed notes and reminders can be set up so a step in the process does not fall through the cracks. The sales process may look different for a loyal customer versus a brand new one so a clear picture of previously scheduled jobs is displayed.


Job Scheduling and Management

As a valet parking business grows it becomes more and more difficult to management the jobs occurring simultaneously on a given day. You must plan for proper staffing, ensure proper documentation is completed, and of course you need to make sure you are paid. We make it easy to add a job to the calendar, notify valet parkers of the job so they can sign up, and track the job all the way through payment. When a job is added to the calendar Advance Valet Automation compares the day and time to the valet parkers' availability to determine who may be available. A text message is then sent to all matching parkers with a link to sign up for the job.


Valet Parker Management

An important piece of your business is the valet parkers. You have to keep track of their personal information, availability, time sheets, and tax information. Fortunately, Advance Valet takes care of all of this so you don't have to! The parker is clocked in and out via our app which logs a timestamp and picture to ensure accuracy and accountability.


Accident/Incident Reporting

Unfortunately accidents happen, they are a fact of life. It can become chaotic when a customer is upset, a valet parker is worried about their job, and the manager is trying to capture all of the important details of the events. This process becomes a bit easier with our app. We guide the manager through each step to ensure the proper information is captured and nothing is missed. Some of the items we gather include contact information from the customer, pictures of insurance cards and all damage to the vehicle, and notes about the incident. This is all saved to our server and available to the valet parking business owners/managers, insurance companies, or anyone else who needs to see the details.


Revenue Tracking

This is technically a function of the reporting workbench, but it's important to have a clear picture of the financial health of your valet business at all times. The revenue snapshot shows year to date revenue, accounts receivable, and forecasted revenue based on scheduled jobs.
